CardioWatch Pro

iPhone · Apple Watch

Your day as a stress timeline. Your ECG, in depth.

CardioWatch Pro tracks your daily stress against your own personal baseline and goes beyond Apple's basic ECG report — QTc, PR, and QRS intervals with reference ranges. All analysis runs on your iPhone. No cloud, no accounts.

Features

What it does.

Stress timeline

Your entire day mapped on an intuitive 5-level scale based on your personal baseline — not generic population averages. Powered by heart rate variability analysis.

Deep ECG analysis

Every 30-second recording is processed locally on your iPhone. You get interval data with clinical reference ranges — not just "normal" or "abnormal".

ECG + stress, connected

The only app that places your ECG recordings on your stress timeline, so you can see exactly when a recording aligns with your daily stress patterns.

PDF reports for your doctor

One-tap export of a report with ECG waveform, measurements, stress context, sleep data, and symptom tags — the full picture in one document.

Lifestyle insights

Discover how sleep, exercise, and activity patterns affect your stress and recovery, with analysis personalized to your own data.

Privacy first

All data stays on your device. No cloud, no accounts, no tracking — your heart data is nobody's business but yours.

Validated against open datasets.

The ECG pipeline is validated against cardiologist-annotated recordings from the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database (PhysioNet) and real Apple Watch recordings. We publish the numbers — including the ones that show our limits — because that's what we'd want to see from an app reading our own heart data.
