CardioWatch Pro Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using CardioWatch Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of service

CardioWatch Pro is a health data visualization and measurement tool for iPhone that reads ECG, heart rate, and HRV data recorded by Apple Watch. The App provides signal processing, interval measurements, stress tracking, and trend analysis based on this data.

Medical disclaimer

CARDIOWATCH PRO IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS.

• All measurements, analyses, and visualizations provided by the App are for informational and reference purposes only.
• The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• ECG signal feature labels (such as PVC, PAC, SVT, wide QRS) describe waveform characteristics only and do not constitute a clinical diagnosis.
• The App cannot and does not perform ST-segment analysis related to myocardial ischemia or infarction.
• Apple Watch provides only a single-lead (Lead I) ECG, which has inherent limitations compared to a clinical 12-lead ECG.
• A 30-second recording may not capture intermittent cardiac events.

If you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, difficulty breathing, or any other emergency symptoms, call emergency services immediately (911 in the US / 120 in China). Do not rely on this App.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscription and purchases

• CardioWatch Pro offers optional in-app purchases: monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Intellectual property

All content, design, algorithms, and code in CardioWatch Pro are the property of Zen Mind Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any personal information you provide.
• You should not rely solely on the App for health decisions.
• You are responsible for sharing your data (e.g., PDF reports) at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Mind Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zen Mind Studio operates.
